Ingredients 200 ml (3/4 cup) of tomcod fish eggs 150 ml (2/3 cup) 15 % cream 100 ml (7 tbsp.) butter Salt and pepper to taste
Steps In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter. Mix the fish eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the pan. Cook until half cooked, then place in an oven and set to BROIL until done. The top should be golden. Serve. (2 portions)
